Food can be considered essential for our survival. If we want to live a healthy life, then we need to adopt healthy eating habits throughout life. Even though healthy foods are abundant, there are still many artificial food stores in today's society. Despite the abundance of nutritious food, people have largely resorted to junk food due to busy schedules.
For Examples Pizza, Burger Buns, Sweets, Chips, ... etc. This type of diet greatly increases the risk of developing diseases. Many people suffer from diseases like diabetes and cholesterol. All of these diseases have led to an increase in the number of deaths at a young age. Also, the incidence of cancer has increased. Even young children are susceptible to diseases due to eating these fast foods. Not only food, but also colorful beverages have caused many diseases. In fact, if we avoid these foods and eat nutritious foods, we can increase our lifespan.
